Aofan outdoor company is located in Jiangsu Province, China. Our factory is 2 hours from Shanghai Port. Our main products are outdoor sleeping bags, sleeping pads, picnic rugs, tents and hammock, etc.
Established in early 1991, Aofan outdoor company has been running for outdoor products for more than 20 years. Our company now covering 15,000 sm area for production.Currently we have more than 160 skilled workers on our production line, including fabric producing, cutting, sewing, packing, quality control, loading, etc. We also have our closely co-operated subcontractors in case of some huge and emergency orders.
We do OEM service as well as our own designs. Our main customers are in USA and European countries now. Some of them are for big chain-stores, Amazon online store, sellers, small off-line whole sellers, etc. Meanwhile, we have our own research and design team, which enable us the stable quality and to provide more new designs for each year.

2019 year, with the our exported 356,300 sleeping bags; 185,600 sleeping pads, 210,850 picnic rugs, etc.
Daily capacity is 2,000 sleeping bags/day; 2,200 picnic mats/day.
We have our own bounded-fabric-machines in our factory, which enables us quick handling fabrics and have a better quality control on the quality. This is quite different from many other small factories who can just purchase ready-made fabric(compound fabric) from other suppliers, means higher cost and quality risk. We have our strict quality control system, which makes our quality stable and satisfactory.
